If you continue using the Services after the updated Terms become effective, it means you accept the changes. If you disagree, you must stop using the Services.

3. Eligibility & Account Responsibility

To use certain features, you may be required to create an account.

By creating an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and updated information

  • Not impersonate another person or use a name you are not authorized to use

  • Keep your login credentials confidential

  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

You may not transfer your account to another person without written permission from Pixel Adda.

If accessing the Services through a third-party platform (Google, etc.), you authorize us to use information from that account in accordance with your privacy settings.

If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have legal authority to bind that organization.

4. Use of the Services

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

  • Violate intellectual property or other rights

  • Break any applicable laws or regulations

  • Upload harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or deceptive content

  • Interfere with security or performance of the Services

  • Run spam, auto-responders, or excessive load-generating processes

  • Attempt to access accounts or systems without authorization

  • Copy, scrape, reproduce, or distribute content without permission

  • Reverse engineer any part of the Services

Any violation may result in immediate termination of your access.

5. Content Ownership & License

All materials provided through the Services—including text, graphics, photographs, and other content (“Content”)—are owned by Pixel Adda or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, publish, or sell any Content unless expressly permitted.

Pixel Adda grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Services for personal, internal use only.

6. User Submissions

Anything you upload, post, share, or submit (“User Submission”) remains your property, but you grant Pixel Adda the rights needed to operate and improve the Services.

You agree that your submissions will not:

  • Infringe third-party copyrights or trademarks

  • Include explicit adult content

  • Promote hate, violence, or discrimination

  • Exploit minors

  • Promote unlawful activities, fraud, MLM schemes, gambling, or get-rich-quick schemes

  • Include extreme violence or animal cruelty

License You Grant to Pixel Adda

You grant Pixel Adda a worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable license to:

  • Store, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display your content

  • Adapt content for technical or platform requirements

  • Share content with specified users (if intended)

  • Display public content to all users

  • Use feedback or suggestions you provide

Deleting your account stops display of your submissions (except public content), but copies may persist in backups or may remain where other users have stored them.

7. Copyright Infringement Policy

If you believe your copyrighted material has been used without authorization, please notify us at info@pixeladda.in with:

  • Your signature

  • Description of copyrighted work

  • Location of infringing material

  • Your contact details

  • Good-faith statement of unauthorized use

  • Statement under penalty of perjury regarding accuracy

We may remove content, notify the uploader, or terminate repeat infringers.

8. Third-Party Links & Services

Pixel Adda is not responsible for third-party websites or services linked through the platform. Your interactions with third-party providers, including payments or disputes, are solely between you and those parties.

You release Pixel Adda from claims arising out of interactions with third parties or disputes between users.

9. Changes to Services

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Services at any time. We may also remove content for any reason, including violations of these Terms.

10. Fees & Payments (If Applicable)

Some Services may require payment.

If you subscribe to paid Services:

  • You authorize charges to your selected payment method

  • You agree to provide accurate billing information

  • Subscriptions may auto-renew unless canceled

  • Fees are generally non-refundable

Payments are processed through third-party providers—Pixel Adda is not responsible for errors or disputes related to them.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Services anytime by contacting info@pixeladda.in.

Pixel Adda may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these Terms

  • Your actions risk harm to other users or the platform

  • Required by law or regulatory obligations

Certain licenses and obligations survive termination.

12. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee:

  • Accuracy or reliability of content

  • Uninterrupted or error-free service

  • That the Services will meet your expectations

You use the Services at your own risk.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Pixel Adda is not liable for:

  • Lost profits, data, or business

  • Damages arising from use or inability to use the Services

  • Third-party actions or content

  • Unauthorized access to your data

Total liability will not exceed the amount paid to Pixel Adda (if any) in the last 12 months.

14. Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

Except for certain disputes, you agree to resolve claims through binding individual arbitration, not court.

You also waive:

  • Right to jury trial

  • Right to participate in class actions

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes (outside arbitration) shall be handled in the courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
